This beer has undergone an additional fermentation with a yeast Brettanomyces in a French oak barrel. We call this beer therefore Bretttûne beer, this beer style is a combination of the word Brett and Tune (Frisian barrels) and 3 T’s stand for the base beer ‘triple’. A beer you can put away for a couple of years in a dark and cold place to mature.

3 grain tripel, unfiltered, fermented and wild yeast.
Alcohol: 8%
Serving temperature: 8-9 ° C

Fragrance: Fruity, funky and farmy smell.
Taste: Complex fruity, slightly crisp acidity and subtle vanilla from the oak.
Mouth feel: big, soft prickle, bonding and bright acidity.
Aftertaste: spicy, sweet, malty, orange, hopbitter
